Cancelation Policy

I understand that life happens and sometimes late cancelations are necessary. There are some circumstances in which I may excuse a missed or late canceled appointment but in general my hope is to be fair to all clients time as well as my own, the following policies are honored:
24 Hour Advance Notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. You may be asked to give payment information to hold your appointment in the future if this is a reoccurring event.
No-Shows
Anyone who misses their appointment for whatever reason without any contact will be considered a no-show and charged for their missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to have treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. I will be attempt to be as fair and courteous as possible, I ask that my clients do the same.
